# Delete organization

> Permanently delete a TunnelFleet organization you own, including scheduled deletion while a subscription is still active.

Only the **Owner** can delete an organization, and only when **no other members** remain.

    Go to **Settings → General**.

  <Step title="Start deletion">
    Under **Danger**, click **Delete organization**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Type the organization name and your password to confirm.
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Deleting an organization is permanent. Organization data, members, and server records in TunnelFleet are removed. Your cloud VPS machines are not automatically destroyed at the provider — cancel those separately if you no longer need them.

## Scheduled deletion

If the organization still has an active or trialing subscription, deletion may be **scheduled** until access ends. You can **Cancel deletion** from settings while it is pending.

## Before you delete

* Remove other [members](/docs/organizations/members) first — deletion is blocked while anyone else remains
* [Cancel the subscription](/docs/organizations/billing#canceling-subscriptions) if you no longer need billing access
* [Transfer, archive, or delete servers](/docs/servers/settings) you still need elsewhere
